Photos are typically delivered by 4PM the day following your shoot. Videos, 3D tours, and floor plans may require up to 48hrs for processing, though they are often available sooner.

Once your photos are ready, you’ll receive an email with a link to your completed gallery. From there, you can easily view and download your high-resolution and MLS-ready images. Additionally, all of your media is available on your account with us. From your dashboard, you can download your photos, videos, and any other content, as well as create your own free marketing materials.

Our primary service area Is Central Ohio, but we’re happy to travel! Shoots within 45 miles of Westerville office are included at no additional travel cost. For locations beyond 45 miles, it is recommended to contact us to check availability.

Some services require different equipment or specialized team members. If your order includes multiple services— such as photography, video, drone, or a 3D tour— we may assign more than one member of our team to your shoot.

Appointment times may be slightly staggered to keep shoot efficient and avoid overcrowding at the property. We’ll keep all services as close to your requested appointment time as possible and contact you in advance if any scheduling adjustments are needed.

New real estate professional clients can choose one complimentary service for their first shoot: professional real estate photography or video.
